Another lesson with Leeyen, another happy couple.  We were meant to be practicing with different composition styles.  I mostly practiced with different lighting settings.  Not many pictures this time, mostly because I spent the entire time laughing at them.  Such fun people.

 

 

 

 

 

Lesson Learned - If you don't know what you're camera is doing, it's hard to get great pictures; RESPECT THE ART ENOUGH TO LEARN TO USE YOUR MACHINE!

By far my favourite shoot so far.  These people have been my second family while here in Hawaii.  Such sweet people, such sweet faces.  The camera doesn't do them justice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Lesson Learned - When the "Fun Factor" runs out, you're done.  No amount of marshmallows will make kids smile after that.

Maternity Pictures, a whole new ball game.  And taking pictures for someone who takes pictures is a little intimidating.  But she made it so easy.  Thank you for being so gracious.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lesson Learned - Posing a pregnant lady to be comfortable is not as easy as initially imagined.

Lesson Learned - After changing the focus point on your camera, be sure to CHANGE IT BACK to avoid having to delete an entire series of really really nice pictures that are out of focus.
